Business & Administration SVQs are designed for people in the
workplace and consist of a number of units, each covering a specific
area of work.

In both levels some of the units are mandatory as they cover skills
required by all administrators, however the optional units should
represent the ones that most closely link to your job role.
- Candidates
will be guided through the SVQ by a tutor and also the workplace
supervisor.

portfolio of evidence will be compiled by the candidate. This contains
documentary evidence relating to your work.
