Hospitality Supervision & Leadership Level 3
This
course is suitable for people working in all sectors of the hospitality
industry in roles such as team leaders, supervisors, assistant managers,
trainee managers and shift leaders.
At
this level the employee would be involved in carrying out a broad
range of work activities, many of which are complex and non-routine.
They would also have considerable autonomy and responsibility, including
the controlling or guiding of others
