Christmas Fayre

Cothrom Adult Learners Forum meet monthly in the Learning Centre to discuss any issues they may have, and have their say on what they would like to happen. At their October meeting it was suggested that a Christmas Fayre was held, to raise funds to allow learners to take part in social events and meet with other groups in Stornoway or further afield.
The Fayre took place on Friday 2 nd December and was a great success raising the grand sum of £1115. Warm thanks are extended to all those who attended, to Cothrom Staff for all their hard work, to all those who donated items for the Bric-a-Brac, Toys and Homebaking stalls and of course to the learners who had the idea in the first place.
