Customer Service Level II

This course is aimed at individuals who have to deliver a continually improving service to customers.  This will be ideal for those working in the hospitality or retail industry.

Customer Service Level III

This course is aimed at individuals who are in work roles where they have an increased level of responsibility.  This course can be linked to the Multi-Skilled Hospitality Services SVQ Level II under the Modern Apprenticeship Framework.  This would give candidates a Modern Apprenticeship in Hospitality.
