course is aimed at individuals who are in work
roles where they have an increased level of
responsibility. This course can be linked
to the Multi-Skilled Hospitality Services SVQ
Level II under the Modern Apprenticeship Framework.
This would give candidates a Modern Apprenticeship
in Hospitality.
