This course concentrates on the skills and competencies required to work in a variety of departments, equiping the candidate with a varied understanding of the hospiatlity industry.  By undertaking a selection of units from Front Office, Housekeeping, Food Preparation and Cooking and Food and Drink Service candidate's workplace experience and knowledge will be diverse ensuring they become a versatile employee.
