This week we have had guest readers in everyday to read us a story for Book Week Scotland. On Monday we welcomed Linda and Joe of Leugh is Seinn le Linda. On Tuesday we had Gruffalo Tea with Monica MacLeod of NHS Western Isles. She treated us to some very exciting snacks, including "roasted fox", "scrambled snake", and "owl ice cream"! Afterwards we played Gruffalo tig outside. On Wednesday Lo read Oidhche Mhath Sam to us, and we put Sam the teddy to bed together. We also had lots of cuddles, just like Sam did in the book. On Thursday Sarah MacEachen read Na Trì Mucan Beaga to us, and we then acted the book out with masks. Katy MacDonald also came in to read and play with us on Thursday. On Friday Liam Crouse read An Tractar agus an Liobht to us. Thank you all who came to read and play with us, we are looking forward to next year's Book Week already!
