The last couple weeks the 3-4 group have been working on their mini beast topic. They have had lots of fun exploring outside in the sun and looking for mini beasts with our magnifying glasses. They have been creating mini beasts for our display wall, they made some snails using egg cartons, they also took part in a sorting bug game which they all did great in. The children are still really enjoying this topic. The children put their bug hotel out and are waiting on some guests to visit.

This week in the 3-4 Room we have had lots of fun creating our mini beasts wall. We have done lots of colouring, painting, scissor skills and getting messy with glitter which they enjoyed. We painted our bug hotel which we are going to put outside next week, the children cant wait to see what insects come to visit.
We have been making some of the insects that we have been learning about.
 Chaidh sinn air chuairt dhan leabharlann an-duigh. We went to visit the library today to choose some new books for our topic – Mini beasts. We got a story read to us, and sang action songs.
Tha sinn ag ionnsachadh mu bhiastagan. Tha sinn a ‘rannsachadh à ghàrraidh. We are learning about mini beasts and have been exploring the garden area.
